You know, he's at an age he might've made his Offering already and the Purple Dusk he wears might
be
his darker jewel. I haven't actually asked...
If not, then he could descend as dark as a Sapphire, which is classed as a Dark rather than Light Jewel, but isn't that dark.
I'll have to ask him.
