Well. I'm not really sure what the "Bible" is. And I've never heard of angels or heaven. But I saw this quiz on [livejournal.com profile] evankasparov's journal and it was telling him that he was Satan (no "e"), who apparently rules Hell in this "Bible" thing. Well, shit. That was amusing. So I took the quiz.

And what do you know? I got the same result.

I'm assuming there are other villains you can get, but I think this one's fitting, all things considered. *can't decide whether to smirk or giggle*

Satan
You scored 60% Pride, 70% Envy, 60% Ambition, and 62% Deceitfulness!

You are Satan, the consummate villain, and the ascendant figure in the
unholy trinity. Throughout history you have been called The Serpent,
The Accuser, The Devil, Lucifer, The Prince of the Power of the Air,
and The Dragon, among other things. Your “compatriots” in the unholy
trinity, the Antichrist and the False Prophet, are merely pawns in your
futile struggle with God. Though, they probably don’t know this. This
is because you are a master of deception; indeed the Bible calls you
“The Father of All Lies”. You are also very ambitious, and you strive
to be in positions of the utmost authority. Unfortunately, it was
impossible for you to obtain the highest title in heaven and this is
part of the reason why you decided to leave. Of course, you couldn’t
just leave by yourself, so you managed to use your deceptive abilities
to get one third of the angels in heaven to join with you in revolt.
God put down the rebellion and expelled you from heaven. To most
people, it would seem foolish to start a war against God, but pride can
sometimes cause people to do foolish things. In heaven, you were the
most beautiful and powerful of all angels and you were well aware of
this. Unfortunately, you let your pride consume you and your passions
led you down the road to perdition. After you were expelled from
heaven, you let another one of your attributes consume you—envy. You
knew that you could never defeat God, but you could attempt to destroy
humanity, his most beloved creation. Your goal is to bring as many
people as possible to suffer in Hell with you. Fortunately for you, but
unfortunately for the rest of us, you’ve been endowed with all of the
attributes necessary (deceptiveness, confidence, ruthlessness, and
ambition) to do a terribly good job at this.

She takes it as it comes, as he comes, swallowing him down, then slowly licking him clean, easing the tremors until they subside to something more minor.

She slides back up his body to drop a kiss on his lips, resting against his chest.

He kisses her back, sighing against her mouth.

One arm slides wearily around her shoulders, a light hug. Fingertips tracing over the curve of her shoulder and down her arm, back up again.

She smiles at the touches, resting her fingers on his chest, quietly listening to his heartbeat and the sound of his breath.

He lies quiet for a moment, still except for the little movements of his hand.

"You are a singular woman, Surreal." His voice is quiet, almost subdued, lazy contentment and an undercurrent of thoughtful almost-surprise.

[identity profile] birthrightgreen.livejournal.com 2005-07-25 09:57 pm (UTC)(link)
She smiles, lifting her head to look at him, pleased surprise in her eyes.

"Thank you." She rests her chin on her hand on his chest, gazing up at him. Her own contented smile, meeting his eyes. "I've never truly met anyone like you."

Oh, there are traces of Daemon in him. Saetan. Patterns she can see even now. Ways she knows to respond. But he's more, unique in his own way, though she hasn't the words to express that, especially in her sated exhaustion.

He kisses the tip of her nose, smiling, impish and pleased. "Why, thank you."

[identity profile] birthrightgreen.livejournal.com 2005-07-25 10:46 pm (UTC)(link)
She wrinkles her nose a bit as she smiles, eyes laughing, then rests her head back on his chest, snuggling a little.

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2005-07-25 10:49 pm (UTC)(link)
He snuggles back and settles with a pleased little sigh. Resuming the little strokes along her shoulder and arm, over her back. PLaying with the ends of her hair.

[identity profile] birthrightgreen.livejournal.com 2005-07-25 10:52 pm (UTC)(link)
She presses a kiss to his chest, stifling the tiniest yawn, her body feeling heavy to her and utterly relaxed.

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2005-07-25 11:02 pm (UTC)(link)
He smiles, a touch of smug again, as he strokes his fingers through her hair.

And then he begins to sing, ever so softly. A lullaby, of sorts. "We're walking in the air / we're floating in the moonlit sky / the people down below are sleeping as we fly..."

[identity profile] birthrightgreen.livejournal.com 2005-07-25 11:16 pm (UTC)(link)
She smiles, quiet and listening and drifting a bit, not interrupting.

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2005-07-25 11:17 pm (UTC)(link)
Stroking through her hair, voice soothing, warm. "...I'm floating very high / I'm riding in the midnight blue / I'm finding I can fly so high above with you..."

[identity profile] birthrightgreen.livejournal.com 2005-07-25 11:22 pm (UTC)(link)
She drifts a little more toward sleep, losing the thread of the song, letting it lull her.

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2005-07-25 11:26 pm (UTC)(link)
He cradles her, protective. Voice trailing along the melody.

"Far across the world / the villages go by like dreams / the rivers and the hills, the forests and the streams."

His voice sinks, softer.

[identity profile] birthrightgreen.livejournal.com 2005-07-25 11:29 pm (UTC)(link)
Her breathing evens out, her hand stilling on his chest as she finally lets her body's satiation take her toward dreams.

[identity profile] oldestbeloved.livejournal.com 2005-07-26 01:06 am (UTC)(link)
Softer still, smooth and drifting.

"Children gaze open mouthed / taken by surprise / nobody down below believes their eyes..."

A soft kiss over her forehead. Settling down to watch her sleep.

[identity profile] birthrightgreen.livejournal.com 2005-07-26 01:12 am (UTC)(link)
She sleeps quietly. There are nights when nightmares come, but tonight's not one of them. A soft smile curves her lips as she sleeps, snuggled into him.
