Her free hand traces from belly button to pubic bone with light pressure. The other slides up his shaft with a light twist a the top to tease at his head and frenulum before sliding down again. Her eyes flick to his face as she gently traces the pattern with her tongue again, on the back of his sac, light pressure flicking over the skin behind for a moment. Then slowly, gently she slides her lips around one side of his sac, caressing him with her tongue and the slightest humming vibration. She lavishes attention, then slides her mouth across him to treat the other side the same.
